Hourly fees
£75 per hour of work completed
£126 per hour plus VAT for any work undertaken involving employment tribunal processes, including ACAS conciliation. *
Settlement Agreement Advice
£500 plus VAT (please note that settlement agreement fees are likely to be be higher if extensive negotiation is required).
Consultation
£75 for a 60 minute consultation
£37.50 for a 30 minute consultation
*Please note that for compliance reasons, any legal work involving tribunal processes or settlement agreements are charged at higher rates due to these being carried out on a consutancy arrangement via a regulated firm.
